NHS Gloucestershire CCG is a clinically led membership organisation (all 74 GP practices in Gloucestershire are members) responsible for commissioning (buying) local NHS services to meet the needs of local people.

These services include emergency care services, operations or treatments that can be planned in advance, community services and mental health services.

Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust provide care for the population of Gloucestershire and beyond.

Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust was formed in October 2019. This followed the merger of 2gether NHS Foundation Trust and Gloucestershire Care Service NHS Trust, to provide joined up physical health, mental health and learning disability services. GHC also continue to deliver mental health and learning disability services in Herefordshire.

GDoc Ltd is the GP Provider Company for Gloucestershire. Formed in 2013, GDoc is a membership organisation and all 76 GP practices are shareholders. Its aim is to strengthen general practice by delivering safe, high quality and innovative primary care.

Primary Eyecare Gloucestershire (PEG) was established in 2012 by Gloucestershire Local Optical Committee to allow optometry practices in the county to provide enhanced eye care services for the public.
